Square-Enix have finally launched the official Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children site for North America (can be found here).

The load times are, at the moment, very long, even on a fast connection. This is no doubt due to the vast amounts of traffic it will be receiving. It is certainly worth the wait, however; we’re treated to a much changed site from the Japanese version. Having said that, there is at the time of publishing this post, not a lot of content up. There are merely a string of “Coming Soon” pages on offer. The logo is also incredibly pixely - it is doubtful as to whether this is deliberate.
