A tortured soul, Freya Crescent joins the party in a bid to protect the land in which she was born and taught to be a great and respected Red Dragon Knight. Freya left this homeland, attempting to find the love of her life, who had long since gone missing.
There’s not a huge deal to be said about Freya, she’s certainly likeable and interesting in appearance, and is very good in battle when you need her the most (near the beginning of the game). It is also very easy to sympathise with her loss, though she does at times come across as more of a mother figure than anything else.
Freya is certainly an interesting inclusion in the game, though she neither ‘makes it’ nor ‘breaks it’ – the game would still be good without her – though perhaps not quite as good.
