Ya but the Square-Enix official shop takes years to fulfill an order it seems. I placed an order on the Cloudy Wolf ring, and it has been on backorder for over a month. While 30 days may not be a ton for a backorder, Advent Children is new and I do not expect to wait over a month for merchandise that should be stocked on a regular basis considering the demand for it. It should be no different than a brand new video game that sells out; they get more stock within about 2 weeks max. Not to mention, the Square-Enix site has showed the ring of the size I ordered as in stock at least twice since I backordered it. If more became available, why did my order remain on backorder? According to the distributing companies, there is a delay in the website. However, I find myself asking, "Regardless of a delay in the website, shouldn't the fact that it showed up as in stock mean they got more stock recently? Or is the website showing stock from a f****** month ago?" I guess my point is, the customer service is terrible, and offered no answers to my questions. I don't like to put up with nonsense like that.
