Alright it's been decided. I will start the "Sub-Member" part after the meeting if any one wants to join. here are the rules:
1. They all get the same icon to put in their sig
2. They put in their sig "Level Blah Sub-Member of Orgnizaiton VII" in white or something
3. Their level, which we determine is based on how active they are, 1 being the lowest and 7 being the highest. We can change it based on their participation
4. Sub-Members cannot join the meetings until level 7
5. Sub-Members can only become a member if we decide to give them the position of a member who resigns or is banned.
The rules can be modified if need be
