Our criticism was constructive criticism. We weren't saying, "It sucked. 1/10. We were giving honest feedback. Would you rather us flower it up and say, "OMG that was FANTASTIC!" That would do him no good. If he wanted nothing but flowery speech he could head over to some kiddy as forum and ask the 12 year old kids what they think about it.
