Actually it's not either of them, it's a new character, Noruma said so. He also has new names for all of them, and that guy looks a lot like an older version of Xehenort and he summons kingdom hearts like xehenort can. He also said KH3 won't be called KH3 but something else. It looks good though. The scene was amazing.
