This has already been discussed. Skins for vBulletin almost always cost money, for one thing. Since vBulletin is not free to use, most skinners charge for the skins.
In addition, I do not have the necessary access to upload skin files if we were indeed to acquire a skin. Alex has been missing in action for a while now, so for now, this idea is not doable.
