Except for Kain Highwind, I've seen several threads floating around the forum (all old ones) that he has posted in. And his user profile is the only one still active of the bunch that you mentioned, his email is listed in his profile as
theultimeciumweapon@hotmail.com. Although he hasn't had any activity on this forum for almost two years now, you might get lucky with that email address. He also has listed several intstant messenger contact references including Yahoo! and ICQ. It's a long shot, but if you have either of these messenging programs you might get ahold of him with those.
