And ML, I don't always have time to translate all ununderstanded by me words with dictionary. You realy did ( and still doing ) a huge job. By the way! I have a suggestion! When the laws will be totaly complited we may make copies of them translated into some other languages and put them near the original. That will make the proces faster and that is where I can help ( I may translate it on russian cause it is 4th or 5th most popular language in the world )
