Show finales (esp. Scrubs)

Season finales are upon us (at least, going by the US scheduling). Different final episodes are eliciting different responses, but I can;t really say anything about that until I rant about the Scrubs series finale.

Point 1:
WHAT THE #$%^&* WERE THEY THINKING!?!?!?!

Content Hidden!

-The JD/Elliot thing was left not quite open-ended, but not fully resolved
-Kelso is back as Chief of Medicine (the story is assumed to have happened since the penultimate episode, due to occurences that were resolved in the finale)
-The final episode of the series ended with a secondary main character (Cox) and a fully secondary character (Jordan) talking
-the theme patient is assumed to have either died or is still on the transplant list
-the whole golden ring referring to the copper deposits in the patient's iris was a stupid metaphor, and it was supposed to be the cure and not merely a method of identification
-the special effects were done incredibly poorly (and not in a way that mocked poorly done special effects, it was just poorly done)
-the character scripting was quite often... Not in character, for lack of a beter phrasing
-nothing whatsoever was done with the story for the finale, just a gimmick with the fairy tale scenery (which could have been executed in a much better way, it was worked into the story quite poorly

And, on an unrelated note, was the car JD's brother Dan gave him during NBC's Green Week in the shop having it's windshield replacced, or did he simply get rid of it? (JD still having used Sasha, his scooter, and not the car, since that episode)

30 rock was, I suppose, interesting. It was one of those back to the status quo episodes rather than a cliffhanger-to-the-next-season episode.

Dotor Who is just starting series 4 of the revived show, but it is proving to be somewhat interesting, and Donna is turning out to be.. not as bad a companion as she could have been.

Other season finales have either not yet occured, or are on shows that I haven;t been able to watch recently (Lost, Reaper), so just jump in with any reviews you all have to offer.

The season 4 Finale of Doctor Who was on last night here. I won't say anything about it though, but I did manage to figure out what was going to happen leading up to it and I was pretty much spot on. Still quite good though.

I'll wait till the new season of Scrubs is over here until I read that. But I have a few idea's what will happen, its not as good as it used to be in my opinion.

*fumes* you... you... receiver of the BBC television channel! In the U.S. we have to wait at least two weeks, if not far longer, to see new episodes on Sci-Fi (with an extra week now because of july 4 being on a friday).

I saw the Doctor Who fanale on my brother's computer a few days ago. (He's got this sweet wireless conection that only needs proximity of a cell phone tower.)

That was one sweet fanale!!!
