Kanno Yoko.
She is a composer that makes the music for a fair portion of the anime and manga on the market, she is a musical genius and In my opinion is the best japanese composer i have heard.
anyone that is interested should look for her music on the internet and listen to some of it. google is a wonderful tool ^^
