I find it hard to put things in a favourite top what-evers order, but here are some people who are up there;
Monkey D. Luffy - One Piece, not Nep Ece (funny fanmail in manga)
Goku - Dragon Ball / Z / GT
Sailor Moon and her daughters - Take a Wild Guess
Practically everyone from DNAngel
Himeno and the Leafe Knights - Pretear
Everyone in PitaTen
Oh yeah, Happy Birthday Luffy!!!
Everyone who isn't evil from Oh My Goddess as well, especially the person who declares a PAR-TEY in the second episode
