The Land of Demise

This is an RPG (obviously) about a land called Ragan, a land this is decimated by war and famine. Since the war of 10 years ago, the land has fallen into poverty and war. The land will soon be consumed by the evil that created it at the war 10 years ago...
The spirits that made the world have decided to put the fate of the realm of Ragan into a select few people's hands. They will save Ragan from the evil, and bring prosperity back to Ragan. Those chosen few...are us.
Rules
----------------
1. Use correct grammar and punctuation. No wrong spelling either!
2. No god-modding. I have set up a little system that will prevent god-modding, but please try not to do it.
3. Never post anything irrelevant to the RPG. If you have no idea about what is happening in the RPG, please PM someone who does. We cannot have posts that say "Wat is happening?!". I would slow the RPG down.
4. No controlling other characters. You ay if you have their permission and their personality fits to their profile.
5. No flamming. If you aren't trying to develop the RPG or you're making fun of someone, please refrain from posting. I don't need to deal with that kind of stuff.
6. Follow the RPG rules. This might be a different RPG, but it will give a sense of an adventure quest.

This is how you would set up your profile:
Username: (your username here at FFnet)
Name: (your character's name in the RPG)
Nickname: (if your character has one, put it here)
Age: (how old is your character?)
Gender: (is he/she a boy or girl?)
Occupation: (wat does your character do? even if they just travel, put it down)
Weapon: (what weapon do you use? you always start out with two weapons of your choice)

Strengths: (what is your character's special ability? pick from the list)
Weaknesses: (what is your character's weakness? pick from the list)
Class: (what is your character's class? pick one from the list)
Hometown: (your hometown here, you must describe it in history and location)

Abilities: (once you have decided the element, class, strengths, and weakness, here is where you post your abilities based on your element, class, strengths, and weakness)
History: (your character's background and history, this must be at least 8 sentences long)

Here are the lists for the element affinity, class, strengths, and wekaness. These picks will be important on what your character can do, such as magic and abilities. If you want something added, PM me what you want added and I'll consider it (but I may choose not to add it).

To choose strengths and weakness, you have 15 points to spend on strength and weakness. If you buy strengths worth 13 points in total, you must also choose weaknesses that accumulate the same amount.
Strengths

Flying: You possess the ability to levitate/fly. +10 dodging. Cost: 4 points ANYONE EXCEPT CAVALRY WARRIOR ARCHER
Brutal: You are strong with your weapon and use it often. +2 to any weapon attack. KNIGHT ASSASSIN WARRIOR ARCHER CAVALRY FIGHTER ONLY. Cost: 2 points
Mystic: You're power in magic is unrivaled. +5 Ether. MAGE HEALER ONLY. Cost: 2 points
Hyper: You can last longer in a fight, even when you have been beaten down. +10 stamina. KNIGHT WARRIOR CAVALRY FIGHTER ONLY. Cost: 4 points
Berserk: As you lose health, you're power increases. +5 to any attack if you're HP is less than 1/4. KNIGHT WARRIOR ONLY. Cost 6 points
Honor: You will regain back some health even when you die/faint. +15 hp when you die. FIGHTER KNIGHT CAVALRY ARCHER ONLY. Cost: 12 points
Faith: when you faint/die, you regain some health. +15 hp when you die. MAGE HEALER ONLY. Cost: 12 points
Sniper: You have acute aim and range. +10 accuracy. ARCHER CAVALRY ONLY. Cost: 6 points.

Weakness

Bleeder: You bleed faster than most people. +2 damage for any attack against you. Cost: 4 points
Ether burns: You are burned whenever you use ether-related attacks. -3 hp whenever you use ether-related attacks. Cost: 5 points
Poor Aim: You have terrible aim and range. -10 accuracy. Cost: 4 points
Weak Attack: You have low strength and power. -2 damage off every of your attack. Cost: 7 points
Tired: You have less stamina than most others. -5 stamina and only 3 stamina is regain every turn. Cost: 8 points

Fighting System

In this RPG, there are stats that you must include in your profile. Here they are:
Health:
Stamina:
Ether:
Accuracy:
Dodging:
Light Points: 000/500
You have 150 points to spread out in each of these categories. Every time you level up, or when your Light Points reach the required level, you get 50 more points to spread out in your stats.
Health is how much damage you can take before you die. Stamina is the amount of physical actions you can take. Each physical action has a stamina drain.
Ether is like Stamina, but is for magical actions. Each magical action has an Ether drain. Some actions drain Stamina and Ether.
Accuracy and Dodging is used to determine Chance of Hitting, or COH. Here is a formula:
COH= (you always start out with 50 in COH) 50+A-D=COH A=your accuracy D=enemy's dodging
You always use this formula to determine your attack's COH. If you are the one being attacked, you see if you can dodge it by rolling the die. If your roll is higher than the COH, you dodge the attack. If it is less, you are hit.
At the beggining of every battle, you roll the die to see who goes first. Highest roll starts the battle. When a battle has started, I will post
START BATTLE. When battle is over, I will post
BATTLE END.
Damage is deterimed by the action your taking. A kick or punch is 3 damage each, a drain of two stamina. Most weapons and items I'll post in the clan thread, so check there daily because I will edit frequently. In order to get items, you must buy them.

CPU examines his opponet. He reaches into his pocket, then threw two shuriken. He watched as they sliced through the air, heading for their target. (You can still appropriately RPG, even when your in battle.)
CPU has a 10 accuracy. NPC has 30 dodging.
COH: 50+10-30=30 COH
Damage: 3x2=6
Health: 70 (you will always show these stats every turn)
Stamina: 30-2=28 (you show the stamina you lost from your original stamina to make it easier for your opponet)
Ether: 40

NPC sidestepped thw two shuriken. He took out a exploding tag, then attached it to his sword, then attack with his sword. (an exploding tag gives extra damage to an attack, ill talk about it later. since he took two actions, a itme actiona and a fightng action, he cannot do no more. You can only attack once and do two full actions a turn)
NPC accuracy is 25. CPU dodging is 10.
COH: 50+25-10=65 COH
Damage: 7+3(Exploding Tag)=10 (always show any addition to your damage)
Health: 30
Stamina: 20-3=17
Ether: 10

CPU was just barely hit. He was slashed across his chest by the powerdriven sword. Recovering, he used a Potion to heal himself. ( a potion is a healing item. This is the only action CPU will take. now, watch carefully)
Health: 70-10=60+15(Potion)=70 (at first, CPU lost 10 HP. but, his Potion, which heal 15 HP, returned him to full health. even though it couldve gotten to 75, your HP CANNOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL LIMIT)

That is the end of the individual battle simulator. If say NPC won, he would have recieved 150 Light Points, and CPU, the loser, would recieve 75 Light Points. everyone is a winner.
You can challenge anybody, that means a real person in this RPG, to a battle, as long as another battle isnt already in place (there are exceptions).
