How much do you have to pay so that yojimbo does it?

Now this is where I laugh at people...
Some people pay ridiculous amounts of Gil to see it, the fact is, the Gil dosnt matter whatsoever, its basically a system of luck, and an impossible to understand system of that.
If Yojimbo gets an Overdrive, and you pay over 1000 Gil, it will use it often, but I found it wasnt even that rare, I did the same type of stuff, if I wanted Wakizashi to all opponents (Deadly at higher levels), I payed 2000 Gil, I saw Zanmato paying that often too, and for the other moves if I wanted them, I payed him low amounts.

Edit:
Yojimbo dosnt need an Overdrive to use it, just has more chance of doing it with an Overdrive.

thx. I wanted to know because thats my little bros (he is 5) fav. technique. Doesnt really matter that much anyway because i can pay him 1 gil to do diagoro and it'll still do 99999 damage.

Actually, money does matter.
The more you summon him in smaller battles, the more likely he is to do it, regardless of overdrive. Always give him 1000 in these battles.
Say, coming up to a dark aeon, you fight in ten battles and summon him all of these times. Summon him for the dark aeon's battle and give him ten thousand, and it's almost certain you'll get Zanmato.

Edit: Also, Auron, don't scoff me =P For me, at least, that system has never failed.

if you look in the booklet im sure it quite legiabbly states that Yojimbo has a respect factor, if you pay him decently each round he is summoned, and he dies less, the likeliness of him using Zanmato increases, also it depends on your opponents skill level.

yeah it all depends on the like-ness factor and how much you pay him, ex: if you have like 50,000,000+ and you only give him like 1,000 he wont respect that and the odds of him using it will go down but if you have little Gil and you give him a good amount of it he wil most likely use it, ..... oh yeah and summon him offten but dont just dissmis him without attacking
