Vincent is an interesting character (to me at least) because he is almost a total enigma. He has powers far beyond most of Cloud's followers (in FF7 Advent Children, he administers quite the barrage on Bahamut) and we don't know very much about him. All that I can recall at the top of my head is that he was a Turk who often fought with his own morals in his line of work and had unrequited love of Lucrecia. I find that pretty intriguing. Afterwards he somehow becomes infused with super powers gone wrong, similar to Cloud, and becomes the dark cloaked enigma as we know him currently. They could take his story in a number of directions, and I hope they don't screw him up!

Maybe so, but so far I haven't seen anyhting yet that impresses me...mostly it looks like a big sh!tstain on the ff7 name.

i dont think they will. SE will take risks but not stupid ones. DC will be super cool!

I cannot wait till it comes out. Vincent is my 3rd fave FF charecter.
Vincent is so cool. He's older then rest of the characters, but yet looks really young. He's like a vampire how cool is that

lol,they are kind of expanding FF VII as another franchise, but he was an interesting character so i guess this will reveal a bit more about him. But i do like him tho, hes very...silent...deadly...and that makes him cool lol,
and i just noticed he HAD SKINNY legs lol

Vincent is allright.He's not exactly my favorite,but he's still very awesome.

Like you have already stated:He did not have a large role in FFVII.

Like it's already been said Vincent is a very mysterious and cool character who definetly should have had a much larger role in VII, although that might have taken away from the mysterious aspect of him. But all in all he's a great character and I can't wait to see him in Dirge of Cerberus and pray that SE don't disappoint with it
