you have to go into lowtown, then head through the LEFT door into the waterway, then follow your way around until you reach the exit, thatll take you to the palace.

Kill Zalera At Level 35
Zalera can be found in the No. 7 Terminal in Barheim passage so you can use the Gate Crystal not too far back up the road form there. (NOTE: THIS GATE CRYSTAL IS A SAVE CRYSTAL UNTIL YOU RECIEVE THE BARHEIM KEY* - WHICH YOU NEED TO ENTER THE PASSAGE ANYWAY)

*To get The Barheim Key, you need to complete The Dalmascan Patient - Parts 1 and 2 (see bottom of Thread)

In the terminus No.7 adjunct there is a save crystal so use that to restore HP, Mp and to save in case you die.

There is also a 5 minute timer to kill Zalera, in which if you dont kill it, you will return to Terminus No. 7 Adjunct.

Option 1

Requirements:
*Tecknick Or Magick Reverse
*Able to Do Melee Damage at Around 800-1000
*3 Of Your Characters Must Have All 3 of their Quickenings
*Have 50 Phoenix Downs

1) Firstly Have your Quickening Trio As your party and make as goodf a quickening chain as you can make (I did a 7 at the time, my max is 14), which should take around 1/3 of Zaleras health off if its succesful.

2) Next, Have your 2 Strongest Melee Fighters, and One Person with Ranged and A lot of Mp Handy as your party, (Mine Was Vaan, Basch and Fran). Now your Formation here will be to have Your Two Strongest Melee Fighters pound Zalera as much as possible, and your ranged character revive them when Zalera uses Kill or Condemnation. If you want try using Tanks and Beserk (One on each of your melee C.'s).

3)Hopefully this will finish the Esper and you will recieve Zalera, and have access through Terminal No. 7 into the Garamsyth Waterway.

Option 2

Requirements:
*Have Magicks Curaja and Reflectga
*Have 50 Phoenix Downs

I Used Option 1 (which I thought up and used on my own), and this is the Strategy Guide's Method:

cast Reflectga, and then repeatedly bounce Curaja off your team to deal massive damage. You may also want to Dispel the Espers Haste, Reflect, Protect and Shell Status effects. Zalera favours a nasty attack called Kill, which instantly knocks out a single character, so be sure to have Arise (Or Phoenix Downs) set to a gambit. This is his only real threat, so you should have no trouble polishing him off. Once the battle has ended, you can head north to reach the Garamsythe Waterway; as long as the No.11 Channel or No.10 Channel have been previously been drained of water, this is the quickest way to return to civilisation.

The Dalmascian Patient Side Quest (Part 1 and 2)

First Complete The Case Of The Missing Cactois, then give the Cactoid Flower To Dantros Wife In South Bank Village.
Easily enough, her second request, Semclam Shells, can be found close by. Consult the banks on the water in the small settlement. Walk to the corners of the beach there and examine the shining spots you find there. You should be able to find two Semclam Shells by doing so. With them in hand, talk to Dantro’s wife again. This time, her request to grab some Nebralim proves to be a little more difficult and will require you to leave the village. (Keep in mind that, through this process, you should have acquired some loot called Bundle of Needles). Head out, back to the outpost where Dantro is. Remember, it doesn’t hurt to fight almost everything you encounter en route (and this goes for on the way here, as well) - Ichthons and the like, however, should be avoided or handle with extreme care. When you get to the outpost, talk to Dantro and he’ll tell you to go over to some adjacent crates and grab the Nebralim yourself. Do so, and return back to Dantro’s wife in the other village, back across two stretches of desert.

When you reach Dantro’s wife, simply talk to her and hand over the Nebralim. Not surprisingly, in this rather fascinating fetching game, she’ll ask you to get yet another item, this one called the Valeblossom Dew. However, you can’t get that item just yet (at least, if you’re doing this in the order we provided, right after the Dantro hunt), so you’ll have to come back later. Once you do the “Rescue the Ferry Pilot” side quest, you can then proceed with this quest, because only with the ferry will you be able to access the northern areas where the Valeblossom Dew is located. Head across to North Bank Village via the ferry and then go northward and out into the field, into the part of the Dalmasca Estersand known as The Yoma.

You’re gonna want to head northward through The Yoma into another area of the Estersand known as Broken Sands. Here is our destination, and here is where you will find the Valeblossom Dew you seek. All you have to do is seek out a tree which has purple and white flowers/leaves on it. You may not be able to get right up to the base of the tree, but you should be able to reach some leaves and such. Examine these trees to find the Valeblossom Dew. Then, bring it back to Dantro’s Wife in the South Bank Village. She’ll take that from you, as well as an item which you should have received in the hunt “Marauder of the Mines.” As long as you didn’t sell it away, she’ll take the Great Serpentskin from you as well.

With those in hand, she’s ready to heal the sick traveler. All you have to do is leave South Bank Village, and then immediately come back and talk to Dantro’s Wife once more. She’ll tell you that everything was a success, and that her patient is behind her house waiting to talk to you. Go around and talk to the creature - he’ll tell you some interesting information, but most importantly, he’ll give you an item called the Barheim Key.

especially if you keep the quickening going for more that 5 hits, if it doesnt work, switch out your party members and try it again. Quickenings are awsome.

im a little stuck on Hashmal but ill easily do it soon, just need some vaccines.

Anyoine else need any help on FFXII or FFX/X2?

No Potions.. Tricky. Well try level up to about 16- and try to get Raise with somebody. Also you wanna have some really good gambits, Gambits are very useful in battles like judge ghis.

You should use a quickening chain of about 5 when his HP is about 60% because I think he gives up when his HP gets to about 25%.

How is he supposed to use raise if say, he hasn't BOUGHT it yet?

Advice for Ghis? Just level, while you train youll get potions from the tonnes of enemies.

Good Point (Y) Sorry I Wasn't Awake Last Night.

I think you can get potions from Mastiffs.
