Default Who was the most useful character in Final Fantasy X?

I think Auron, Lulu, and Yuna were the most useful characters in the game. Auron is most likely to be your strongest character. Lulu is your black mage and most likely to have to have the best black magic in your party. Yuna is useful because of her aeons and her white magic. Who do you think are the most useful characters?

Default Oops!

I meant to make Did Yuna change to much in X-2 for the X-2 ones but I accidently clicked on X instead and didn't realize it, so I changed it to this but can't change the topic part, or at least I don't know how.

My favorite characters were Tidus, Yuna, and Auron. Although Wakka and/or Kihmari were often good replacements for Auron if I needed a little more power in the party line-up, and Lulu was equally as strong as Yuna for a magic wielder in the party. My least favorite was Rikkuu (mostly because I never used her limit break because I never wanted to use-up any of my items to Combine).

However, ultimately any combination of characters were useful, mostly because of the customization ability in FFX and X-2. It might take a long time, but eventually any character in the game could be shaped as you liked (with strong magic or strong offensive tactics). It all depended on how you employed your sphere grid (or your dress spheres for X-2) That is one of the things that made FFX very flexible.

PS: Has anyone anywhere out there actually been able to avoid all those thunder strikes for Kihmari's ultimate weapon? I've never been able to get anywhere close. I hate mini-games like that. LOL

Ooooh those thunder strikes!!! I've done it only once, and it's for the Venus Sigil for Lulu's weapon.

SPOILERSSSSSSSS

Kihmari's Weapon is around there, you have to wake up the cactuar stones, and then wait for the ghost to appear, who leads you to the area of the Thunder Plains where it is hidden.

For some reason last time I played this game I found I couldn't change the Cloudy Mirror into the Celestial Mirror, something was blocking my way up to the big flower thingie in Macalania Woods. Any advice on what I could be doing wrong?
