Definitely the opening rock fest blitzball game. I was rather disappointed that the subsequent blitzball games weren't the same 
The ending would of course rank high with me, because it's the only FF scene that has made me really cry (I only got a lump in my throat for Aeris) I won't put that one on because it's just too big a spoiler.
