Both are just as foolish to me.

The verses that you have taken from the Bible where taken from the Old Testemant as well as taken out of content.
Passages that you have stated:
[Matthew 10:34]
Think not that I am come to send peace on earth; I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Although the ultimate end of the gospel is peace with God, the immediate result of the gospel if frequentl conflict. Conversion to Christ can result in strained family relationships, perscution, and even martyrdom. Following Christ presupposes a willingness to endure such hardships. Though He is called "Prince of Peace", Christ will have no one deluded into thinking that He calls believers to a life devoid of all conflict.
[Gen 27:41]
And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob.
Evidenlty Esau also thought his father was on the verge of death and so, out of respect for his aged father, he postponed muder. Isaac lived another 43 years.
This was before the birth of Christianity. But, you can say that because of God's
love that Isaac was able to get out of being murdered.
[Lev 26:7]
And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.
God promised the Isrealites the promised land. On arrival the Jews saw that the Muslims had occupied their land.
[Ezek 9:1]
He cried also in mine ears with a loud voice, saying, Cause them that have charge over the city to draw near, even every man with his destroying weapon in his hand.
God summoned His serbant angels to carry out His judgments. These angelic executioners came equipped with weapons of distruction.
[Leviticus 20:10]
If a man commits adultery with another man's wife--with the wife of his neighbor--both the adulterer and the adulteress must be put to death.
This was the punishment set out for violating the sexual laws of the Jews.
[Deuteronomy 7:1-2]
When the Lord your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations ... then you must destroy them totally. Make no treaty with them, and show them no mercy.
All the men, women, and children were to be put to death. Even though this action seems extreme, the following needs to be kept in mind: 1) the Canaanites deserved to die for their sin; 2) the Canaanites persisted in their hatred of God; and 3) the Canaanites constituted a moral cancer that had the potential of introducing idolatry and immorality which would spread rapidly among the Isrealites
[Ezekiel 20:25-26]
I also gave them over to statutes that were not good and laws they could not live by; I let them become defiled through their gifts--the sacrifice of every firstborn--that I might fill them with horror so they would know that I am the LORD.
God allowed the Jews to live in sin. Like all human beings, the story of the Jews is one long history of rebellion.
[1 Peter 2:18]
Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh.
One's Christianity does not give the right to rebel against one's superior in the social structure, no matter how unfair or harsh he may be.
[Lev. 18:22]
You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination.
This outlaws all homosexuality.
[Lev. 20:13]
If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltness is upon them.
This a punishment for those violating the sexual sins given as laws to the Jews.
