What really happened in 1947? - Final Fantasy Net

Think about it,in roswell,new mexico,there were numerous rumours and even sightings of lights and dots that werent known human vehicles.

The second world war ended in 1945 and even then there were people trying to invent stuff.What if the government made some kind of breakthrough in technology,or what if somebody in the future accidentally crashed ,or what if what many people believe. What if aliens attempted to do something in our atmosphere,whether it was land,spy on us,or even escape something.

I believe that the government found 'something' in that desert,i dont know what exactly,but it was big enough to try and hide from the public.

There has to be alien life somewhere in the universe,we cannot be the only inhabited planet.Some other organism,somewhere, must have done the same as us,evolve,evolve into whatever. we are almost definitelly going to be 'visited' sometime.And i believe that has already happened,in 1947!

Yes there is other life in the universe, but the chances that they would come and see us are very small. We're one of an uncountable number of planets already, and number two, if they were gonna visit, don't you think they'd land in a far more public place? the middle of nowhere is ahrdly the place to start when greeting a planet.

I say fuck-all happened there.

yes but what if they didnt want to freak out anybody,you know like slowly meet people. And we have a planet full of many resources(for now) and aliens might want them, there are many galaxies around us and any alien lifeform could come. anyway the most likely time aliens will come is 50,003 cos in 2003 humans sent out a message showing human life, if there is a reply, it will be 50,003 when it gets here.

Hey buddy, before you go attacking someone for incorrect English, it might be useful to know that "weren't" is in fact a correct compound form of "were not". The only error the Cpt. made was in omitting an apostrophe between the "n" and the "t".

It also might be useful for you to know that most sentences begin with a capital letter and end with a full stop.

I believe there is life on other planets. We can't be the only planet in the whole universe with life on it. After all, we adapted to our planet's atmosphere, is it not possible that life on other planets adapted to that atmosphere. I doubt "aliens" would come and visit Earth, people are only thinking about aliens as something that would be possible in human terms. Something that we could associate with or feel we know something about, possibly? However, life on other planets would not have progressed in the same way as us, they might not be even slightly interested in what's 'out there' as we are. And why would they choose our planet out of the millions and millions that are out there? And considering there has been little proof of life on planets within our solar system, it would have taken a very long time for them to reach our planet from wherever it is they came from! Just because we all want to know whether there is life out there it doesn't mean that every single being on every single planet is. These beings would also know nothing about our atmosphere, or our livelihood, what we were like, whether we'd attack them or whatever, how would they know they'd survive on landing on Earth? Ok there's always a slight possibility...but honestly? what are the chances?? HIGHLY improbable. Well that's my opinion anyway.

I think it is incredibly arrogant to assume that we, on a small planet around a small sun, are definately going to get visited by aliens from some other place. They'd go somewhere bigger, richer in minerals, and not dying

The voting seems to be abit all over the place on this poll! I pesonally think it was the government trying out some new aircraft or something.

First, i would like to apolagize, my bad

Second, i think that there is life on other planets. Its hard for me to have my beliefs on things when i live in a fundamentalist christan house but there is more evidence in my opinion of extrterrestrial life. Christans try and bash others but they have no evedence to support any "god".
