Cosmic dream: My thought of some human and or god creating us. Merely a creation of the universe that's unexplainable.
the "dream" aspect, you already defined that.

Inflating itself with life: The beginning was still something. Evolution and time.
The future of the universe is the inflation of it.

It's 'cosmic' just what I think of it as some spiritual, endless, matter, cosmic..
