The word is an invention of the fool. I tend to not believe or think about double meanings for things that are in themselves, stupid, questionable and creations of the mind. Such thoughts as "souls are what you have inside, 'heart and soul' ........dillusion.
A soul doesn't mean anything and is in fact just a silly term to console youself by thinking you have more than flesh and vital organs. The truth is, we are just bones and blood.. our minds give us things to question, create and fiddle around with.

I don't think a trivial term such as "soul" defines any of my views.
Or what I am, or what I believe at all.
Or can you explain what you meant?

I don't see quite how it is a "view on life". More appropriately, perhaps, a view on AFTERLIFE, maybe?

A soul is yet another theory that has neither been proved or disproved. I can't really give an oppinion in either direction because there's no concrete evidence. I like the idea though.

I say there is a soul in everyone, and I also belive that there is a "after-life" and when your body dies, your soul is what lives in the after-life.

Aha if your soul lives in the after life what happens on the day of judgement i thought you ere meant to rise up which is why catholics dont get cremated
Also gotta say i agree with starlight think about it people imagine thing all the time so why not a soul prehaps its mans way of getting past the primal urge to live by believing that death isnt the end
