is american and other countries death penatly laws wrong is law ever unjust should people be allowed the satisfaction of watching peole fry and die e.t.c discuss

personally i say yes but then i say in murder cases or even extreme torture rehab is not a option so death is the only thing they will fear and hate as they no longer have the power over life Discuss

I would have to agree with you. It is quite contraverial because on one side, those who dont like the death penalty say that its inhumane or if they've been on death row for a while, that they have learned and have grown wheras those who agree with it say that for the family members who were affected, its the only closure that they can get and i agree with them. Losing a loved one that was murdered it a horrible thing and people who do murder sanely deserve to get on the death row.

i think the death penalty is an easy way out. Those who have murdered should be punished of course...but not by death. It seems to eay that way, they don't get to learn a lesson from it! But then in the UK, the life sentence is completely pointless, in that it's what 25 years or something like that? A life sentence should mean LIFE. But anyway, i think there are better ways to punish murderers...mwahahaha. (i'm not that evil in real life by the way)
