Hey guys you heard todays latest political farce
The Conservative party wants to assimilate the Lib dems into there party just like the borg (star trekfans)yes resistance is futile david cameron shall assimilate you muhaa but what do ou guys think gonna happen or just a conservative wet dream.

if they did they would be able to defeat labour easily, if the conservatives make some concesions to the lib dems it might be their only hope of seeing power.

The conservatives in power a scary prospect if you consider what they did with there last term but for all that the new leader is very charasmatic and persuasive but then thats what a politician is meant to be i wonder though is the new conservative really a new consertvative?
Or just a new ploy in tactics to attempt to wrest control back into there hands

Theres not much of a line these days - and you say conservatives in power is scary? somthing like 70 of the 100 years of the last century were conservative led you know.

True my view is a little biased as I lived with my grandparents and they suffered under Conservative leadership and its left me with a mentality that conservatives look after there own the rich and the influential this may not be true but then again maybe it is lol.

But what I find scary is that the party I’ve been gunning for Lib dems could join with Conservative is just a little unexpected and hardly credible.
They call the Conservative party the new Conservative party its just like saying we've changed honest so I think its more a power play than real policy change if you remember labour did the same thing becoming new Labour

I think the first signs of the Lib Dems assimilating with the Tory party are showing -- Mark Oaten getting in trouble for supposedly having sex with a male prostitute -- can't get much more Tory than that, can you? ^_^

well it appeats my mass hysteircal idea that the conservatives might win was greatly exaggerated as cameron has been revealed as a guy who says yes to everything or will say anything to anyone to get there vote even if it contradicts what he said 10 mins earlier
but then again prehaps ime just stampeding from one political idea to the other with the other proverbial sheep (voters)lol
