Default Final Fantasy battle systems

What if there was a Final Fantasy game where you could choose a battle system? Battle systems include Passive Time Battle (as in the Final Fantasy NES trilogy), Conditional Time Battle (as in Final Fantasy X), Active Time Battle (as in most Final Fantasy games), Active Dimension Battle (as in Final Fantasy XII). I like just about any of the battle systems. I would prefer Active Dimension Battle.

Active time battles for me please. Much granted, most FF titles can often have a much lesser intense battle system and still sicceed because there is always some significant element on the side to keep things interesting, but I strongly feel that the ATB system truly does keep role playing games from otherwise becoming monotonous and boring.
A role playing game is always rather lengthy, and one needs to keep the player entertained, and unfortunately, beyond primitive battle systems, most do not go much beyond that, and this does include some FF titles.

I always seem to feel much more proud of myself in victory for having obtained such with quick thinking and logic, it makes the battles so much more exiting and closer to the game itself, and the story. I like battle systems where one does not have time to go make a sandwich.

Couple the ATB system with the Junction System of FFVIII and that game has my favourite battle scheme so far, followed by VI, the latter because of the diversity of skills to choose from.

Do not get me wrong however, I really love the analytical genre of the tactical RPG like FFT. Even by scanning and scrutinizing the entire battlefield for five minutes one can easily overlook something and lose any advantage one might have had. This probably is my second favourite so far, as far as battle systems go.

I didn't really like the battle system in XII.
...Well...I liked it, but it just didn't feel like Final Fantasy. >.<
FF battle systems for me is where your screen crashes for a moment and the fight music kicks in, then your characters take it in turns to attack the crap out of the enemy in question...
...Call me old school, but I prefer it that way. ^-^
(Mind you, I didn't like XII as a game overall, so...It's not likely that I'd give kudos to it in any way. *raises eyebrows* I'm biased like that, see. :P)

I just like the older battle system because...without it, Final Fantasy might come close to becoming 'just another console game' AND IT'S NOT!!!!! *puts foot down with a firm hand*

...so there. :P

Default paragraph and drugs and no hyperbole - Doris Lessing's impartial tales

Literati descended on the Czechoslovakian restaurant cialis rezeptfrei[color=#7282a9] Thursday evening to olemnize the West End Lane tome party's 100th work reading.

Alfred and Emily has been penned by adjoining maker Ms Lessing, so it was furnishings that she turned up to debate the ette with her readers.
