Default Why do you love Final Fantasy?

This thread is to tell why you love Final Fantasy.

I love Final Fantasy for several reasons. Final Fantasy is known for its masterpiece soundtracks, partly thanks to Nobuo Uematsu. Another reason is the origin of the franchise. It is because the first installment of the series saved Hironobu Sakaguchi's life as well as save Squaresoft. I had a beautiful time when I was introduced to Final Fantasy back in 1995. Playing a Final Fantasy game is such a wonderful thing. It helps me get through hard times. The stories of the Final Fantasy games are a detailed masterpiece, far from the traditional damsel-in-distress stories. The British game journals traditionally give positive for Final Fantasy game and usually not for other RPGs. Final Fantasy is the most popular RPG franchise in the world.

About 24 reasons (I'll only do 5)
1. The stories are quite sublime.
2. The graphics in the later FF games are really good.
3. It has a lot of fighting, and it's in my top 3 fighting series (Beaten by Dawn of War and C&C which are second and first respectively)
4. The summons. They're great, and their moves are good.
5. When I've forgotten C&C and Dawn of War, I play FF to keep me interested and IT WORKS!

Because the typiucal final fantasy is awesome.

...

No?

Okay, I'll expand on that. The earlier Final Fantasy games are still worth replaaying, and well worth updated remakes, because the gameplay is generally well executed, each new game has innovative attributes that eventually become a source of nostalgia when the attributes have been added to many other games in the future, the music is clearly one of the parts of the game that they spend a nearly unparalleled amount of time and work on, and the characters, since the games started having individualized player characters and stories fit to the individuals, just force you to empathize with them, as their trials, successes, and even (especially) failures occur. (Plus you get to whack monsters with big pointy bits of metal, and sometimes fire. What more could you want in a game?)

In my opinion, just about every Final Fantasy game is a masterpiece beyond perfection. Square Enix's production teams have spent unparalleled amount of resources to work on the Final Fantasy games. There is no game franchise like Final Fantasy.

I find the worlds of final fantasy to be very rich in detail and completeness, Very exotic and new are the lands and citie-scapes. And the music makes the worlds all the more so rich and detailed. And the stories and graet and epic.

I find that it is the art direction that Square takes in the FF games that catches my attention the most, as well as the involving stories and characters of course. But I also really like the battle systems which, in my opinion, have a strong track record of being almost done to near perfection.

The music is good too, although more so in the earlier games.

PS: This is my 800th post... yay Me! XD
