Granted, but important is not the same as useful (for example, the answer to a basic scientific formula that you need to pass a test is unimportant in the long run, but a formula you overheard but do not understand will eventually be the only thing that can stop thermonuclear detonation over a global sacale, but you have no way of utilizing such information, though you can rmember it perfectly).

I wish for the components and programs to build an externally controlled EeePC Hamterball (or the Nintendo DS Lite variation thereof)

Granted, but only because Bob Marley's Don't Worry, Be Happy is playing across the entire globe loud enough to (metaphorically) melt our brains buyt not loud enought to make us want to do asnything about it.

I wish for life to have a really good soundtrack. With good music and songs that fit the scenes, and if you listen to a song, you have the option of being in a virtual reality scene/montage that fits the song (but only as long as the song is playing, you don;t die and you don;t get stuck on a ninfinite loop)

granted but the soundtrack always follows you . so if you roll over in your sleep everyone will hear it .... if you walk everyone will hear it .... like every movement you make has a different sound till it drives you crazy which produces even more sounds and then you jump off a cliff.

I wish I had a clone who would do all my chores .... and he would have no intention to kill or hurt or harm anyone

Granted. Burt he does have intention to steal your life and ship you tyo bermuda, with a lot of food and sunscreen but no way to communicate with anyone to bring you back home, whioch would not technically count as harm.

I wish for infinite budget with which to work on projects I design.

granted, but it's the inner half, so you have to figure out how to change the molten core in a way that makes it impossible to recognize that it had origianlly been the minerals it was, aor at least that it had been in a spherical, molten form.

I wish complete control over a virtual representation of the universe. One that doesn;t directly affect the universe as we see it.

granted, but you have to answer an important phone call, your kid or your brother get at the keyboard, and your nickname is irrevocably stuck as grflbp6z or ihatfinalfnatsy, respectively.

I wish that the forums used 3-d representations of the posters' avatars, where you could choose to have the avatars read the post out loud while you look at the text.
