To Zotar: My fault. Sorry.
To Miss Lockheart: about №3. In my country is such thing as Unlimited Internet Using.
That meens you can use your I-net as much as you want with the same price. The price is determined by speed of working of I-net I just want to say that if I install that on my PC I will pay no extra cost for sending anything.

Anyways, back on topic-
I think a middle man would be appropriate in the case of a long-distance delivery, and it doesn't have to be a fixed person we can discuss it with each swap if that might take the pressure off of one person. I know most of us are pretty penniless so even taking it in turns to be the middle man for long haul deliveries might be a help.
But I think the person who polices the swaps and sorts out the rules should be a set person, that's pretty crucial. I think we should get a list of names of people who are interested in taking the roll and vote on it. Just post in this thread if you want the job. Sound fair?
Here are the names so far-
Tidus2791
If someone objects to the idea they should of course state and then we can come up with another plan ^^

to zotar: its neofighter. . .with a 5. . .or, as a some one once suggested, you can call me NF5. . .your choice. . .but neophyte has a strange sound to it. . .and your right, no one's rich. . .
to miss lockheart: how would that some one police the process?. . .and again, i would say it should be a person with lots of authority in this place. . .
to the vote: im interested, but not willing. . not yet. . .

Ok that someone would have to firstly keep an eye on the exchance sticky thread, to see if there are any swaps people want to make. Then they would be the one to take down the address of the recipient by PM, and the address of the middleman if there is one. That way no-one's details will go awry, because that person will be trusted to uphold Data Protection laws, which will be included in the rules. I feel quite strongly about there being rules, not only because of policing but also to prevent any arguments- if someone starts for any reason, they will be referred to the rules. So the policing person will uphold the rules and act as peacemaker. Basically as a mod does anyway
Perhaps if people are still worried about that then there should be rules suggestions aswell, so we can compile a rule and guide kind of thing. It's making extra work, but if it will put people's minds at rest then it's worth it

Gosh, I only suggested we make rules, wasn't expecting to be the one doing it!
Ok I'll do a draft tomorrow, then we can add or subtract from it, I want everyone's input so we can make the most of the swapshop. Any suggestions would be very welcome *phew*!
So far we have only Tidus in the running for Swapshop Mod, unless there's any more people offering soon then I guess that the job will go to you!! I'm really glad because you're most trusted and you can devote the time to it
..... ..... help me with the rules!!!!!

Rule 1
The existance of direct name of "game-post" ,witch should be mantioned in some thread or a little contract between both sides or something, is necessary
Simply: everyone must know what he\she is posting ang receiving.
Emm...that is one for start
