E-Mail Confirmation for New Members.

I have taken the liberty to make this small announcement, as DragoonKain was too lazy to let anyone know...XD

In order to interrupt the appearance of spam bots, new registering members must now go through an e-mail validation process.

I was completely unaware of this, so, er-newsflash. Should not even be something so significant, but if there are slight registration problems, like forgetting to respond to the site's mails, then this will be why.

I posted a while back about measures that I had implemented to fend off the spambots. Estie is just forgetful.
