This is tough because it's an admin's department, but there's little admin action around here. All I can suggest is that they try another email address, simply because the same thing happened to me- my main email was not accepted here, for what reason I don't know. Get the person to try a different email address, other than that sorry I can't help

Register, not registrate. Tell her to use a different email address. She can create an email address in like 5 seconds from MSN or Gmail or something.
