New functions of the forum, shorter, more specific URIs

Well, some of you may have noticed the new, kick-ass URLs!

For example, the URL to my profile is now http://www.ffnet.org/forum/members/alex.html rather than the long list of letters and numbers.

This change will hopefully bring more visitors from the search engines.

Sorry about any disruptions during the update.
