Yeah that's kinda confusing
Anyway, I found a completely random cure for headaches which doesn't involive popping pills- CURRY and CHILLI!!!! Apparently herbalists have now proven without a doubt that consuming more foods with certain spices such as turmeric, paprika and curry powder, make you less prone to headache and actually have the same numbing effect as coedine or paracetamol. Good for the stomach too, as long as it's not the superfat supermarket version
Try just adding some of that stuff to your food. It will kickstart your metabolism and balance your levels of pain-relieving hormones. Another excuse to make like a Mexican- I bet they don't get many headaches

So this is why they work non stop...sounds like a neat idea though. I think I might try that. Plus, I love spicy foods.

In order: Yeah, migraines suck. Especially when you get yelled at for goofing off when you can't even see the woerds on your school papers.
Yeah. modern medicine isn't all it's cracked up to be. But it's the best choice we've got for most afflictions. *most*
Figures. I hate curry. Like other spicy foods, though. have to try that out sometime.

Indeed. Either that, or stick leeches to one's head. No no no I say.

Looks like I'll have to give in and go to the doctors- my mum looked at my eyes today and said I have patches of yellow, which indicates the possibility of jaundice. Figures, considering that I had my gallbladder removed so my liver is having to work twice as hard to detox, I'm not surprised that it's struggling. Of course I'll still consult my herbal books as I always do, they haven't failed me yet (except that I ignored them and had my gallbladder removed even though they said no ), but looks like it's conventional method time. I like to treat minor things myself, but something like this means it's doctor time

Meh, stupid doctor, he's sending me for blood tests on Monday. Says he wants to check my liver function and cholesterol levels, to make sure everything is working properly. He's worried I may have some form of obstruction, so my liver's not processing bile or cholesterol properly, which would cause the appearance of Jaundice. Typical, I hope the tests come back Ok, it was sad enough parting with my gallbladder without having it destroy the rest of my body even when it's gone
