So I've noticed a lot of kids think that women with an electric guitar can't sing. I'm no fan of avril lavigne, but just because she's female and can't get the same sound out of her vocals that the vocalist of Goo Goo Dolls can doesn't mean she can't sing.

I'm not a fan of female guitarist/vocalists either... but it doesn't mean that they're inferior to male guitarists/vocalists.

I hate it that someone can say something that ignorant. Music is for everyone, not just the pros.

Hmmm I agree with that one....

I also hate it when people say that ugly people shouldn't sing, even if they have a good voice. It's not fair, you can't judge someone's musical ability on their looks.
