I am noticing some divisions in our forum...

By this, I mean it seems to be that there are certain groups of people that don't get along with certain other groups of users here. I guess this comes with the forum growing larger on a daily basis.

Can we not try to get along a bit better? Heated debates are one thing. They can be highly stimulating, interesting and challenging -- slanging matches do not equate to the same thing. The only purpose they serve is creating tension and dislike between the users of what's intended to be a friendly and happy place to be.

Come on guys-- if you have problems with each other, discuss it like adults -- making digs and insulting others surely isn't the best way to go about this.

PS. Thanks to starlight for the excellent way she dealt with a dispute earlier.

And thats, as Kain would put it, a load of crock. He didnt deal with it at all, there was no chance of argument cos only Kain was there, just adding to the discussion isnt ending the argument. If it was anyone I suppose it was Kain

there was no chance of argument cos only Kain was there

the arguement was already over on both sides, it doesn't matter if HC wasn't present. I didn't want him to return and settle it further, as both would then go on again.
