This may help you.
Go to
www.photobucket.com and create an account. After this, upload your picture, it should be in your images somewhere.
When it is uploaded, go underneath the picture and there are four display options, choose the one that says ''quick link''. (I believe it is the second from top.)
This will automatically copy it for you, then just come here and paste it.
It will look such as; [img]address of image[/i] and you picture will be posted here once you submit your post.
However, coming from that Japanese site, you will first have to ask to save it under a different format so that it can be stored in your folders if you've not done this already, there is an option somewhere there for this.
