Umm... Either you're thinking of Fenrir from the second game or I think you're mistaken. I'm pretty sure I never got anything from Sephiroth in the first game when I defeated him. I was angry cause I thought it was such a rip off trying to beat him all that time for nothin...

Fenrir you get from fighting sephy in 2
