No, I haven't heard of a Kingdom Hearts movie, or plans to make one. He could have been talking about a fanime sort of thing, where people make unauthorized movies based on a game because they have no life, but do have money. There are at least 2 full-length fan movies based on the first kingdom hearts, and one of my friends saw some of one online and said it was terrible.
