Was Sora a Heartless longer than we thought?
If the heartless are the hearts of people, and the nobodies are the empty husks that are left behind, there shouldn't be much more of a problem with Roxas existing than the other Nobodies. I have, however, been looking at this from a different direction: If Roxas is a nobody (the soul and body), and Kairi's sharing her heart with Sora turned him back into his own self, wasn't Sora simply a Heartless that could control it's shape and think through the end of KH1, CoM, and the start of KH2? This was unprecedented, as he is the first person (other than, possibly, Xehanort, but he has all sorts of background variables we don't know about, and Riku, who was simply having the Ansem heartless take over via the darkness) to unlock his own heart, but shouldn't he still not have had a body? When Roxas fuses with him, it has already been assumed that Sora is incomplete without his Nobody and Kairi's heart is making up for it, but he does not lack a heart if what he lacked was a Nobody (a physical form). Perhaps because he still had his own mind, Kairi was simply adding her power to allow Sora to assume a shape similar to his own? What are your opinions on this?
