I They do have freakishly large shoes, but you can see Kairi's ankles and the backs of sora's feet in some shots and drawings, so they probably have normal sized feet. Riku just got some shoes that would actually fit under the Organization cloak :P , his feet didn't likely shrink.
Off the topic of the freakishly large clown shoes and back to if Kairi fell in love with Riku, Riku would probably be all guilty and Sora would fall back into darkness. Kairi, I don't know what would happen with her as that would be a total twist from KH2 Kairi's personality, unless Sora had seemingly "died", but not really, in the next filler game.
