stuck on destiny island

can someone help me, i cant kill the giant heartless that u fight on destiny island in kingdom hearts 1. its not that i die its that i dont know what deck to use so i can kill him before i run out of cards....

u havent noticed that kingdom hearts chain of memories uses cards...... thats why i put it in this forum.

musclehead, first of all, I'm sure you've noticed that Darkside always uses corresponding attack sequences... (~insert them here~) When Darkside's fist is in the ground, attack it using sleights like Ars Arcanum and Cross Slash. Also you have to strike the head if you want to inflict full damage on his arms. Do you have the Wight Knight (sp??) card? That'll give you enough jump to get there, and then use something really powerful on it's head. (Holy? Omnislash? Mega Flare?) I would take some Cure cards just to be safe because this took me aaaaaagggggggggeeeeeeeeesssssssssssssss to beat

You guys should've read my topic. Go under the Best Tactic thread under Chain of Memories and read the first post. I assure you that this can help you from at least fighting the clone Riku the fourth time until the end of Sora's story (I never tried it before the fourth time you fight the Riku clone, but you probably wouldn't have enough CP to do it anyway)

dude i´ve been using ur tactic and i do have enough cp, i used it on the fourth riku also. thanks for help then but its not helping now... i cant get to the AXEL part, but i do take of the machines legs.
