Alright I sent this message concerning the rumored KH II: Final Mix a little while ago to square enix and here is how they replied:
Thank you for contacting Square Enix Customer Support,
We hope this letter answers your questions.
We really do enjoy receiving game ideas from RPG fans but we cannot use
those ideas. Unfortunately, SQUARE ENIX Co., Ltd., SQUARE ENIX U.S.A.,
and other game companies cannot use any game ideas that are received
from the general public at all, due to the legal complications that can
arise. That is why we have several complete development teams in Japan
whose sole purpose is to create and produce video games. The best
means of having a game idea accepted is to work for a video game developer.
Again, we appreciate your letter and wish you success in your future
endeavors.
We hope this information has been of assistance.
Thanks,
Square Enix Customer Support

Here is the original message I sent:
To Whom It May Concern,
Concerning the future of the Kingdom Hearts game series,
I'd like to address a few ideas that have been on my mind for quite some
time. This message may seem insignificant, but some consideration
and/or feedback would be appreciated. There have been a great deal of rumors
circling about a possible "Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix" (or a revision
of the game to some extent). Personally, I thought that Kingdom Hearts
II, which captivated me as much as the original, was a spectacular
game. However, upon hearing about the idea of a "Final Mix" for the sequel,
I have been eager to contact Square Enix about several additions to the
game that could make it even more amazing. If at all possible, please
pass this on to the department in which Tetsuya Nomura works: First and
most importantly, if there will be a revision, I recommend that the
game difficulty be increased, as the ease of this game was a let down
compared to the first game for many devouted fans as well as I.
In addition to this, I believe that, among the extras in the game, it
should include a boss fight with Roxas at the Station of Awakening (the
point in the game where Sora "meets" Roxas after his arrival at the
World That Never Was). If the Kingdom Hearts Team could transform this
sequence into an actual boss fight, then the game would be bound to
increase its popularity dramatically! Lastly, I know during the production
phase of the game some attributes of it were left out due to certain
reasons. I think, though, that bringing the Behemoth Heartless back into
the Battle of a Thousand Heartless, among a few other favorite Heartless
(Wyverns, Defenders, etc.) would be fabulous. Since there was such
little variety with the Nobodies, I also believe that new types should be
added, as well as another boss fight with the Twilight Thorn towards the
end of the game (much like how the Darkside Heartless was presented in
the first game) and more Organization XIII fights. Maybe it can
even expand a bit on the background of the specific Organization
members! Nomura has really captured my heart with these games, the
surprising combination of Disney and Final Fantasy, and the lovable,
unforgettable characters, as I consider these games to be among the greatest.
Again, I know this message seems to be inconsequential, but I know that
taking any of this advice will be extremely beneficial for the series and
its future. Please reply to this, for it won't bother or surprise me if
these ideas are all rejected. I don't want to receive any credit,
either. I'm just a passionate KH fanatic hoping for a bright future in this
absolutely extraordinary series (and I would like to find out about the
credibility of this "KH II: Final Mix" rumor),
Sincerely,
One HUGE Kingdom Hearts Fan
Now I've been emailing them trying to find out a way to get in contact with the Kingdom Hearts Staff [maybe Tetsuya Nomura's email?] to give them my suggestions but they aren't emailing me back. So.... anyone got any info? Also, what do you think of my ideas for a Final Mix?
