Yeah, the graphics are really good… CC will probably be one of the best looking games the PSP will ever see, as I don’t really see how it could be much improved upon. It is shocking how quickly we have gone from the earliest handheld consoles to now being able to pretty much play PS2 quality games in the palm of our hands. I wonder what is next?
I want that art book! *steals Tebian’s copy* I am a BIIIIIG fan of concept art. I was going to wait for that edition to be available, but I couldn’t wait, I just had to play this game. XD I might still buy it, if the price is right online. I am wondering though… does the added book have anything else other than just art?

I have not played the hardmode from scratch, but from what I have heard, it is not too bad… until you get to Ifrit, then it just gets freakin’ hard from there on, almost to the point of being totally ridiculous.
I started playing on carried-over hardmode after I completed normal, so I had the benefit of having all of my materia, items, and stats that I ended the first game with, and even then I found a definite increase in challenge with many of the missions. However, I got about halfway through and then accidentally saved over my hardgame file with a new game, so it is gone. ARGH! XD

Yeah, that would have been cool. They were probably just giving the fans what they wanted though, reserving all the time-consuming cut scenes for the likes of Zack, Sephiroth, Cloud, and a nod to the Turks and Aerith.
