If it was when making entrances, and stuff like sports and competition, I would say the song from when Sin first appears in Dream Zanarkand in FFX. If a song I didn't mind playing all the time, I would choose One Winged Angel (FFVII battle version, if I could only choose one).
If Kingdom Hearts counts, I might want the tune from the beginning of game menu/Game Over screen, as I can tune it out pretty easily, and it's kind of relaxing.
Edit: Or Hymn of the Fayth (FFX), as it's mainly relaxing. One Winged Angel, though both cool and fitting, would make me more easily provoked.
