The PS3 is coming in 2 separate packages just like the XBox360 did. The cheaper package will be lacking HDMI support as well as something else I can't remember. It also comes with a smaller Hard Drive I think.

I know about the prices of the PS3 and Wii. And if I got a PS3, I would buy the $600 version b/c it would be better.

PS3:
Longer, more realistic games with wireless, motion-censored controls. Always online, no AOL or payment to Internet company needed. No memory card needed. Games are in Blu-ray discs which can have up to 18GB of storage space. Awesome graphics, the list goes on and on....

Once again I'm catching you with false information. Please, anybody seeking real word don't listen to this moron.
You NEED an ISP such as AOL, Comcast, etc in order to play online with the Sony Playstation 3 (and the Wii, and the XBox 360). The difference is that you don't have to pay for XBox Live. Nintendo Wii's service will also be offered free of charge.
Blu-Ray discs currently spec out around 45GB, though the Blue-Ray spec itself maxes out currently around 200GB.

OK, so I didn't know all the specs on the PS3. But I know enough to know which is the better buy: $500 or $600. And duh, its the $600 PS3.
