Reviving ze topik!
Okies, so I'm playing Fable: TLC and Fable II recently. Finally found the fun of Fable II, and I have concluded that Fable and Fable II are different enough that Fable is still worth playing (kinda) if you own Fable II. Fable is still REALLY FREAKING SHORT, though...

I always had wanted to try those Fable games. They seem cool to me, and of course I would totally choose the evil path, or however this works ha ha.
Well, in between playing Castlevania Curse of Darkness and Silent Hill Origins I am STILL playing Brave Story, which I mean to totally master. I have every single enemy crazed now, heh I never thought that I would manage. I am now at like 87 hours of gameplay.
But...if there ever was anything in a video game not worth doing, this has to be it. I thought something cool might happen when you completed the monster book but NOTHING. Omg what a disappointment.
All I have left now is to find two more black goldfinches to complete my army of black gothy goldfinches, (The white ones look cool too, but are not as strong.) and get all my characters on level 99, which is no difficult feat as the lowest level right now is 77.
Now then, does anyone even CARE about this? Am I talking for nothing?! Bitches.
Joking lol.

IMO, Evil is the best way to go in Fable I. People annoy the ever-loving CRAP out of you in that game, so sometimes, you just wanna kill people. Let us not forget that the supporting cast is the WORST in THE HISTORY OF ALL GAMING. Your rival character, Whisper, while not TECHNICALLY evil, is a bitch and does the opposite of whatever you do and has NO PERSONALITY besides being African. Her big brother is not too much better, again being GENERIC AFRIKANA, and doing nothing but talking crap about how much better he and his little sister are than you. Fortunately, you can kill them as the story progresses. Unfortunately, you get evil points for it. But, being evil allows you to steal stuff you otherwise could never get, like more EXP potions, that, used right, can buff out your character really fast.
Fable II, it's easier to play goody-two-shoes because the 'safety system' is annoying as hell. You have to turn the safety system off to kill non-enemies, BUT! -then the button to turn safety back on keeps you from digging up any buried treasure without turning safety on again. The main advantage of being evil/corrupt is getting more money from properties you buy, making you rich quicker.

I am still deciding whether it is safe to go out of the hatch in Fallout 3. I just know that if I start to play it I shall become addicted and it is all I will ever do. Now what kind of a summer would that be?
I would like to try Wii Fit and I am wondering if anybody has played this? I think it might be kinda fun... not because I think it will help me get in shape, but I think it might but kinda funny to try out the Wii Meltdown.
Oh yeah, and I'm still playing that damn Yoshi's Island thing on my Gameboy. That game is really starting to annoy me. LOL

Seriously, play Fallout 3 already. xD My mom got me the boxed expansion set for the 360 just over the weekend, which held Operation: Anchorage (Anchorage Alaska Chinese Invasion World War III sim) and The Pitt (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and its problems with the slave trade). The expansions left more to be desired, but they were enjoyable, especially the Pitt, which still has a couple missions left for me to do. And I expect playing through The Pitt on a new, evil character would be awesome as well.
The Pitt was great, really. More 'shades of grey' morality where no decision is easy to make that is so iconic about the series. It was definitely the most worthwhile of the two DLC's.
I'm serious, though, get playing it. xD It's fun and it's memorable, yes, it's really addictive, but it's worth it. And how better to spend a summer than with a kick ass RPG?
Oh, also, I've been finding 'Fallout Trilogy' in stores more often now, at somewhere between 10-20$ American. It includes Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout: Tactics for PC. IMO, any RPG fan should check out the classics, but check out my reviews which should be on the site somewhere. If not, I could probably send a link.
On the topic of what I'm playing, currently, it's Fallout 3, Burnout: Takedown, and STALKER: Clear Sky.

Yay! Halfway through VC!
And Miss Lockheart, I pity you. That is truly a revolting game.

Tell me about it!! I find the Gamecube rather sucky as it is but the controls for this game are just terrible. I have to buy something new soon!!!
I did have a go at Heavenly Sword on the PS3, that was fun to begin with, but I really can't do the SixAxis thing

Brushing up on my Goth with Gothic on the PC. (Actually, more like brushing up on the bad control scheme and cutting people to bits while stealing their ore and *clears throat* 'herbs'.)
