Star Ocean - Final Fantasy Net

The first and only Star Ocean game I've played is TtEoT or Till the End of Time and I'm wondering if you guys and girls liked it.

I loved both Second Story and Till The End of Time. But I will say this: Till The End of Time, was, to me, even on Normal Mode (er, whatever the one above the easy mode is called) was HARD. That game was HARD. The random encounters were all pretty easy but the boss fights... DAYUM.

Anyway. Yeah, both great games.

To be honest i thought that they were to bloody easy but some how suprisingly good...

There was this series of 3 boss battles at the end of the Sphere Corporation area that really pissed me off. (Plus I go through the whole game underleveled. Reading an FAQ, I was like 15 levels lower than their recommendation. Not sure how that happened.) Unlike most RPG battle systems, the battle system in TTEOT also relies a little more on twitch skills (since it's action-oriented).

i thought it was pretty good but i didnt like that you cannot play 2 player if you do sonthing i have not been able to do this but the world was good and the story was awsome this game is good but can do with a little inprovement

I think it was a pretty easy game except for the boss fights, but overall it was good.

I've only played the 'Second Story' and TtEoT and adored them both. I definitely recommend them if anyone needs a recommendation.

I do wish they would remake 'Second Story' for the 360 or PS3. Hell, if they remade it for PS2, I'd be satisfied! That game was my favorite of the two and it was very enjoyable IMO.

I only played Star Ocean The Second Story, but it was great. It was really lengthy, with many things to do.
I liked making wepaons and-writting books! Heh, for the amount of money one could get from monsters at the point of the game where selling books did work, it was almost useless, but..*Shrugs.*
And heh, some of the final guardians just about swear at you in the end. That was great.

I played Star Ocean the second story and i think it has one of the best soundtrack of any rpg i tried. The graphics were pretty good, i loved the game play, but the sound track was just great (close 2nd to ff3 midis, ohhh i loved these!)
