the dark.
i don't want to sound stupid but the dark FREAKS ME OUT! if you have any ideas for me to get past this please reply. REALLY I'M SCARED OF THE DARK!

If its like when you sleep and stuff try pulling your blanket over your head and tucked in under your arms and feet so you are totally covered. It worked when i was afraid of the dark.

i have no idear man i actualy preffer the dark to day but i suppose you turn all the lights off except a lamp then when your used to it turn it off but leave the tv or pc moneter on then eventualy turn them off

I'm not entirely AFRAID of the dark, but I kinda know what you mean. I can't sleep if it's pitch black. I have to have a bit of light and a bit of noise before i can sleep....*shrugs* what can i say? I'm abnormal.

I have to be in complete darkness when I sleep, any bit of light irritates me. I can sleep with any amount of noise though. =P

I don't mind the dark, but I don't like not being able to see what I'm stepping on. I have a really strange fear that I'll step on a spider if I walk along a corridor barefoot in the dark.

look you turn off every light so it is pich black or close, and you turn on the radio, that way with the radio on it will distract your mind to whatever in the dark.
and if you want to take it to another step, gost don't like loud sounds.

well obviously a dog's not gonna shit in my house, is it? bu really the only fear is spiders, because I stepped on one once and it was NOT VERY NICE.
