There is a word for that; Phobophobia. I swear, such is a real word.
But I think it mostly aplies to primal fear, like my fear of dogs. Or something.

I think I may have been traumatized by the movie Halloween II when I was younger..
..but now, as obscene as it may be, slasher films are amongst my favourite genres ever.
I have even created the Slasher Movie Laws some few years back.
I-Female characters are always stupid, and shall trip, fall and scream while running away, basically doing absolutely everything one should not do while attempting to run from a maniac.
II-''Is anyone here?!'' is the most common phrase found in slasher movie vocabulary.
III-One must always enter the one place, weather it be an old, dilapidated house or dark, scary alley, completely oblivious to the beyond obvious fact that it is a sure death trap.
IV-While exploring, doors shall always be unlocked.
V-While escaping, all doors are always locked.
VI-Rain and thunderstorms are the only weather a horrific incident shall see. Apparently, murderers and maniacs are great weather predictors.
VII-Exact amounts of blood found in the human body are completely ignored as an obvious medical fact.
VIII-Female characters always look pretty in death, ignoring the obvious medical aftermath of death.
IX-Suspense always includes dumb characters, a boring beginning, cheesy scares and countless movie production errors.
X-The problem always lies at the root of some cliché and stereotyped psychological issue, after evil possesion.
XI-Chainsaws are only for public attraction.
XII-Ending climaxes are rendered invalid as such, for despite the obvious exaggerations, the maniac shall always come back.
XIII-Psychics or said to be mental patients are supposed to be an original replacement for the often found love story meant as a sub plot.
XIV-There are more false alarms then actual murders.
XV-''I'll be right back'' is the greatest slasher movie contradiction ever.
Try not to have nightmares..mwaha.

You forgot how the female is always ditsy and has overly large... ahem....
and the black dude always dies first... Actually they don't that is just a common misconception for racism.
Scariest thing that ever happened to me was really a dream. I had one where I was gonna go through an operation where you have 50% chance of living and my family didn't care. Last thing I remember, they were putting the gas mask thing on and I passed out. I woke up in the middle of the night and was sick to my stomach, sweating and had tears streaking down my face

What I'm truly afraid of is that the Star Ocean and Chrono series' will die before their time, unlike Final Fantasy. I personally loved Chrono Trigger & Cross, and Star Ocean 3. Good games.
That is the only thing I'm afraid of.

You can't be scared of it though, maybe worried? If they did, it only matters that you like it.... wow I sound like a lecturing parent

Very strange, that dream of yours, Assassin..
...everyone has their fearful dreams (Mine include a garbage truck and hundreds of corpses devoid of skin..) but yours sounds really creepy..but is it a reoccurring dream..?
Dark Knight..yes..Chrono Trigger is a fantastic game, but I think the series is on its death bed already. Unless they come out with another instalment in the series, and a good one at that.
I blame Chrono Cross, anyways..
