Emo's, what do people have against them?

you don't have to solve problems by getting high listening to hardcore music and then for the hellov it slicing your wrist because your depressed there are much better was to deal with and physical self harm isn't a good one

Not even teen hormones. Just glory hohs looking for attention. It's like my dog. He knows he'll get in trouble if he pees, but he'll do it anyway for attention, even if it's negative.... how immature

I spoil m cat and dog rotten so theyre not being neglected but for attention slicing your wrists is definately not the way to go

And that's why they do it. So what do I do with my dog? I don't leave him alone cuz he won't stop if I do so I scold him and show him the correct way of doing it. Same simplicity can be applied to emos

Maybe.
But some of them might see their actions as a way of life, and such treat us like closed minded tyrants who will not allow them to study new avenues.

But also, the act of cutting or otherwise causing harm to oneself is explained by psychologists, so therefore I wonder if the need for attention is as strong as to do such things when there is no real emotional pain to counter. But then again, people have different problems, so..

anyway i think that there are 2 different sorts of emo, 1st they do seek attention and they only cut there wrists becuz they think that it's "the kewl thing to do" which it's not cuz it bloody hurts.., 2nd they actually just want to be part of the crowd fit in wiv the others....
which i think is totally sh%t because emos are supposed to be another form of Goth, and being a goth myself i feel tat they shud just get a bloody grip!!!! if they want to sit wiv there mates and talk about death and act all hard then blumin go kill ureself....becuz 9 times outta 10 when it actually cums to comittin suicide there bottle it anyway...
the only true reasons for becomin a goth or emo are tat u want to be bloody alone becuz no-body wants to associate wiv them incase they bit ure bloody head off...or they actually have problems tat are slowly eatin away at them...
anyway thats my opinon....but can sumbody tell me why the hell has nearly all of the teenage population turned emo/goth becuz last yr everyone was bloody hatin them (peace and bloody quite) and now theyre all "in" and all the "newbies" are clingin onto "real" g/e's (it's doin my bloody nut in)
