I didn't mean they were like dogs, I meant you can treat that kind of stuation in the same way, usually. Didn't mean to insult someone.
I hate how everyone turning goth/emo. You can tell there are a very choice few that are authentic while the rest are just trying to follow a fad to be popular

The bandwagon..that is sure to be it..because of all the Goths I know, none can seem to give me a proper definition of what being Goth is supposed to mean.
...must be the same with emo's..

Goth:
A style of rock music that often evokes bleak, lugubrious imagery.
A performer or follower of this style of music (common to wear mostly black).

Yes, I am aware of the musical genre, I listen to a lot of it myself.
But if the style attributed to it is nothing but that, they sure go dramatic over it...besides, I have heard a million and one different definitions...

I don't think I've ever met a Non-Goth Emo, it seems popularity has fused the two

So it would mean now that, groups like Linkin Park has entered the repertoire of Gothic music? No more Cradle of Filth?
Please forgive me, but I simply cannot stand Linkin Park, and musical groups like it...mind you, what they speak of in their lyrics are perfect for the stereotypical emo...

You're helping them to realize that life and people's worries and energies don't revolve around them. It helps them to realize that most people dislike other people that complain about the quality of their life, because more than likely, the people they're complaining to have it off one hundred times worse, and the emo's are just setting themselves up to be the focal point of negative attention and hateful feelings.
Personally, I say, "Don't bring your problems to other people unless they ask to hear it."
Am I making any sense?
Also, the way most emo's dress is provocative and just screams "MAKE FUN OF ME BECAUSE I WANT TO LOOK DARK AND EVIL." Emos are the people that you see using phrases like, "Black is too bright a shade to describe the darkness of what he beheld."
Now, tell me, does that not just tell you that the person is an attention-seeker/grabber?
Sorry if this post offends anyone, but it had to be said sooner or later.

Indeed, it was said a few times. Still, one could not forget that, even if they have no real problems, a few of them might still be bothered by something, and perhaps should at the very least be heard out.

This is one of the Satanic Commandments issued by the Satanic Bible, written by Anton Szandor LaVey.
..I am guessing not many Emo's must know of him, though, heh..
